1. Surveying and setting out:
1. According to the detailed drawing of stone curtain wall division and the position of elevation point, access line and axis given by the civil engineering unit, set the datum lines of stone curtain wall plane, column, division and corner on the main body with heavy hammer, steel wire, measuring instrument and level, and adjust and retest with theodolite.
2. The measurement and setting out of the grid axis of the stone curtain wall shall cooperate with the measurement and setting out of the main structure, and the horizontal elevation shall be led up layer by layer from the ground to avoid error accumulation. If the error is greater than the specified allowable deviation, it shall be approved by the supervisor and designer, and the axis of stone curtain wall shall be adjusted appropriately to meet the structural needs of stone curtain wall.
3. The measurement of high-rise buildings shall be carried out under the condition that the wind force is not greater than level 4.
4. When measuring and setting out, check and locate the position deviation of embedded parts. The upper, lower, left and right deviation shall not exceed 30mm. However, the stone curtain wall is connected with the main body without embedded parts, so it is necessary to supplement the production and installation of embedded parts. 210mm thick steel plate and 4-12 chemical anchor bolts are used for column embedded parts.
